Having an airline for a client is the whole experience—everything from affinity and loyalty marketing to what the inflight cocktail napkins look like. We got to have some fun with a conservative brand, and postcards (the banner ads of snail mail) were a great way to reach affinity groups and frequent fliers with quick, relevant messages.
